I know, long time no blog. I have been very busy with my two little ladies! As most of you know Addyson "Addy" Renae Chambers was born March 20, 2008. She was born at 9:13 PM, was 7 pounds 10 ounces, and was 20 3/4 inches long. Labor was very long, about 24 hours. I started contracting (every 5 minutes) around 10:00 PM on March 19th. We arrived at the hospital at 1:30 AM. I labored and walked through the night. My doctor came to the hospital in the morning and broke my water. When I still wasn't dilating he decided to start me on petocin (sp?). I labored all day long, it was not very fun. I had all back labor again because I just seem to have turned children. I labored on a exercise ball in order to turn the baby. Luckily she turned and was born the correct way. I got me epidural at 5:30 PM. It was then that I was able to rest. At about 8:40 I told Jason to go get the nurse because I thought it was coming. Sure enough we started to push. It took about 3 really good pushes and Addyson Renae was born into this world. What an amazing thing! To think she was in my body for 9 months. She is such a sweet baby! We have been very lucky with our little girls! I love them so much and can't imagine life without them! Jayden is a wonderful big sister. She tells me all the time that she loves baby Addyson! We are so blessed! Hope all is well with everyone!
