Our Little Ladies!

Jayden and Addyson are such sweet little girls! We are loving every moment with them. Jayden is getting so big and is such a great helper (seriously). I can't believe how big and smart she is getting. She doesn't forget anything and loves to sing. She is in a music class every Thursday and loves it! She knows the words to many different songs! Addyson is really becoming a chunky monkey. She loves to eat and is really beginning to fill out! Jayden was always on the more petite side so Addyson seems like she is filling out so much quicker. Addyson has been smiling for about two weeks now and is really beginning to talk and react to us when we play with her. Her eyes are open more and more each day. Enjoy the pictures! Sorry they are so spaced. I don't know why it did that. I also put one is sideways so I also put it in correctly!

Our Newest Addition!

I know, long time no blog. I have been very busy with my two little ladies! As most of you know Addyson "Addy" Renae Chambers was born March 20, 2008. She was born at 9:13 PM, was 7 pounds 10 ounces, and was 20 3/4 inches long. Labor was very long, about 24 hours. I started contracting (every 5 minutes) around 10:00 PM on March 19th. We arrived at the hospital at 1:30 AM. I labored and walked through the night. My doctor came to the hospital in the morning and broke my water. When I still wasn't dilating he decided to start me on petocin (sp?). I labored all day long, it was not very fun. I had all back labor again because I just seem to have turned children. I labored on a exercise ball in order to turn the baby. Luckily she turned and was born the correct way. I got me epidural at 5:30 PM. It was then that I was able to rest. At about 8:40 I told Jason to go get the nurse because I thought it was coming. Sure enough we started to push. It took about 3 really good pushes and Addyson Renae was born into this world. What an amazing thing! To think she was in my body for 9 months. She is such a sweet baby! We have been very lucky with our little girls! I love them so much and can't imagine life without them! Jayden is a wonderful big sister. She tells me all the time that she loves baby Addyson! We are so blessed! Hope all is well with everyone!
